When you have applied for a licence or you have been invited by an administrator to join SkillReflect, you will receive an email with an invite. Accept it and create your password.
Play Video
Create a recording by clickingh the add recording button under the menu option “Recording”. You can provide a recording name and time when the recording was made. When the date/time of the recording is today or in the future, the recording will be created for “live recording”.
Your past recordings will be shown in the “recorded” section and the future video’s will be visible in the “Upcoming” section.
At first you will be prompted to upload a recording immediatly.
Go to the recording page and select the tag icon on your recording. First you have to select a competence set for reviewing your video. Competence sets are available for several skillsets. After you have selected a competence set it opens your main tag screen. Here you can review your video and at the buttom of the video you can directly tag your competencies. After selecting a competency it will prompt you a fragment screen for detailed information. You can:
– Adjust the length of the video fragment
– Provide more detail on the compentency by selecting a behaviour indicator.
– Select of the fragment is poitive, neutral or negative
– Provide comment and feedback on this fragment
You can also provide these details lateron by comming bag to the tagged video and start from the right sidebar with the first compency and click on the edit pencil.
